After years of working in CFO roles for US and European multinationals with Asia Pacific responsibilities, Adam was looking for a change. He left the corporate world and moved with his family to Lennox Head.
He understood that maintaining a complete finance department was beyond the resources for most small business, and generally not required on a full time basis. Yet the functions and information these roles provide is needed to ensure the business can maximise opportunities and minimise risk.
Recognising this contradiction, he created ‘A plus B Business Solutions’ to address this void.
His ambition to offer small and medium sized business the same level of skill and access to information enjoyed by larger organisations underpin the ethos of ‘A plus B’.
Adam’s passion for the ‘art’ of business drive a constant search for enhancing clients outcomes, ensuring ‘A plus B’ is a partner that is always engaged and proactive in performance improvement.
Joined by like minded professionals in his business, Adam is making his ambition of providing clients with the support they need to maximise performance a reality.
With a career spanning three continents and a variety of senior roles across a number of industries, David joined ‘A plus B’ in 2011. His interest in business and bringing positive outcomes to clients is only surpassed by his enjoyment of a variety of sports including cricket, rugby union and American football.
